If you have an enemy you want to fight and destroy, its often best to repress your desire to act out your hostility, revealing your position and letting the other side know your inner intention. What you gain is publicity and perhaps feeling good about expressing yourself openly. Which is very dangerous.what if your enemy is stronger maybe a dictator, you may lose your life for a the cause which will affect your group and destroy your camping. Remember if you are the leader, do not act on hostility because you might lose in curtailment of your power to cause real damage particularly if your enemy is stronger..
