THE REAL GOLD.

The real goal of surordinate should be transfromation not money, not good position or title. The real deal as subordonate is to reach mastery and  this requires some toughness and some constant connection to reality. As a young folks,it can be hard for us to challenge ourselves on our own in a proper ways to be able to get a clear understanding of our weakness. The era we are born makes It even harder. Developing discipline through challenging situations and perhaps suffering along the way are no longer values that are promoted in our culture. People are increasingly reluctant to tell each other the truth about themselves, their weaknesses, their inadequacy, flaws in their work. Even the book designed to set us straight tends to be soft and flattery, telling us what we want to hear, that we are basically good and can get what we want by following a few simple step in which many if us fail to experience the real life test that may break us or transform us into the real masters we wish to be. It seems abusive or damaging to people's self esteem to offer them Stein realistic critics, to set them the task that will make them aware of how far they have to go. In fact, this indulgence and fear of hurting people feelings is far more abusive in the long run. It makes it hard for people to guage where they are to develop self discipline. This makes them unsuited for the rigors of the journey to become great. It weakens people's will.
Masters or great men are those who by nature have suffered to get where they are. They have the experience endless critics in their works. Doubts about their progress, setbacks along the way. They know deep in their hearts what is required to get to the explainatory phase and beyond. As mentors, they alone can gauge the extend of our progress, the weakness on our character, the ordeals we must go through to advance. In this day and age, you must get the sharpest dose of reality that is possible from your mentor. You must go in search of it and welcome it. If possible choose a mentor who is known for supplying this form of tough love. If they shy away from giving it, force them to hold up the mirror that will reflect you as you are. Get them to give the proper challenge that will reveal your strength and weakness and allow you gain as much feedback as possible, no matter how hard it might be to take. Accustom yourself to criticism. Confidence is, but if it no based on realist appraisal of who you are,it is mere grandiosity and smugness. Through the realist feedback of your mentor you will eventually develop a confidence that is much more substantial and worth possessing.
You can just give It a thought and go through the mentor-hardship process and become amaze with the new-you. See you at the top.
Be inspired
