Social intelligence is the ability to see people as they are. Often the greatest obstacle to our pursuit of our dream comes from emotional drain we experience in dealing with the obstacles and manipulations of people around us. And if we are not careful, our mind becomes absorbed in battles or state of uncertainties.
The main problem that i see here is that some of us are socially naive to project onto people our emotional needs and desires of the moment. We misread people's interaction and react in ways that causes confusion or conflict. We can learn to pass, put usual self absorption and learn to focus deeply on others, by reading their behavior in the moments seeing what motivates them and decerning any manipulative act of theirs. To navigate smoothly through the environment, we need to study and acquire adequate skills. This will help you in interacting and relating to your superiors. And be careful not to protrude yourself as being so ambitious. To do this you need to get outside yourself and immerse into their World. Create room for good personal relationship when you have the understanding of their personality.
You need to allow everybody the right to exist in accordance with the character he has. Whatever it turns out to be, do not try to alternate or condemn for what he is. To become indigin at people conduct is stupid as being angry when a stone is roll into your path. With this, the best you can do is to make use of whom you cannot change or alter both as a friend or mentor.
